Hotel Terra
Teton Village Realty is the exclusive listing brokerage for Hotel Terra, the new condo-hotel in Teton Village, scheduled to open February 2008. The first in a collection of green hotels launched by the Terra Resort Group, Hotel Terra will offer the exceptional amenities, design, technology and services expected from boutique hotels, combined with environmentally sustainable building and operating practices, including silver LEED certification. The initial release of the Terra units was so highly anticipated that the first phase sold out in less than 48 hours, however, there are several re-sales that are now available.
The 72 room Hotel Terra offers a selection of 1-3 bedroom condo suites.
- One bedroom suites range from 575 to 800 sqft
- Two bedroom suites range from 1,050 to 1,200 sqft
- Three bedroom suites are approximately 1,550 square feet
Hotel Terra also includes the welcoming 'Terra Living Room', the Terra Cafe for breakfast and coffee, Il Villagio Osteria an Italian Trattoria, for lunch and dinner, Chill Spa located on the top floor of the hotel with an outdoor rooftop hot tub, and The Jackson Treehouse offering ski and snowboard retail and rental.
Terra Property Management Company (Terra PMC) will operate the building on behalf of Terra Owners Association and The Terra Resort Group will manage the day to day hotel operations and services.
For winter 2008/2009: Hotel Terra will expand to add 50 additional guest rooms, 4000 square feet of meeting space, an infinity pool and additional hot tub, all connected to the original hotel with a state of the art sky bridge. Luxury Spa Addition at Teton Mountain Lodge
This past summer, Teton Mountain Lodge, became Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa with the addition of the state-of-the-art, 16,000 sqft Solitude Spa, and a new wing of premier guest rooms and suites, two of which are designed as spa suites with enlarged bathrooms and upgraded spa products.
Solitude Spa offers several amenities that are unique in the resort community of Teton Village including:
- Treatment rooms with balconies and windows
- Indoor rooftop motion studio for yoga, pilates and other activities
- A 24-person outdoor rooftop hot tub, as well as outdoor rooftop event space
Other luxury amenities available include:
- Two couples' treatment rooms with fireplaces
- In-room Jacuzzis and balconies
- A wet treatment room with a Vichy shower
- Manicure and pedicure facilities
- Indoor/outdoor pools and five separate hot tubs
- Steam rooms and Jacuzzis in each locker room
- A pre- and post-treatment lounge
- A large fitness room with state-of-the-art cardio machines and weight-training options
Located off the Southeast side of the building, this five-story wing includes 17 premier guest suites featuring large balconies and magnificent views. The Southwest section of the addition features excellent views of the ski area and Teton Range, the south and southeast vantage points feature the expansive Jackson Hole valley, while the Northern views look into the heart of Teton Village. The new rooms increase the Lodge's total capacity from 128 to 145 guest rooms.
Shooting Star
Shooting Star is a planned residential community built firmly on the concept of quality. This development will include views of three mountain ranges, four creeks (including Fish Creek), ten ponds, one lake, 1800 acres of open space, a Tom Fazio designed, championship golf course as well as owner amenities and services.
Development is limited to 100 single-family lots, 34 hand-hewn cabins, and 48 townhouses. More than 75 percent of the lots adjoin creeks or ponds.
Architectural and landscape guidelines allow for creative design while integrating the Western beauty and style of Jackson Hole.
First phase includes approximately 20 single family lots, followed by the release of 18 hand-hewn three bedroom cabins. Cabins are designed by Paul Bertelli of JLF & Associates a principal force in the use of reclaimed materials and old-world craftsmanship. Their buildings convey a sense of history and respect for their natural environments.
Tom Fazio Designed Golf Course
Tom Fazio has numerous credits on Golf Digest's list of America's 100 Greatest Golf Course and Golfweek's collection of American best.
This course is designed to allow a sense of exploration of the remote, natural landscape, with aspens, cottonwoods, and spruce secluding each hole from the rest of the course, and will include re-created landforms, and naturalized lakes. Homes, roads, automobiles, and other intrusions are physically and visually separate from the 250 acre course.
Owner amenities include a year round clubhouse with a restaurant, men's and women's locker rooms, fitness facility, spa, and barn for children's activities. Outside amenities include a lap pool, hot tubs, fire pits and tennis courts. The clubhouse is being designed by internationally acclaimed land planning and architectural firm, Hart Howerton.
