Teton Reserve

The Master Plan for this new residential golf community nestled in Teton Valley calls for approximately 384 home sites and has been carefully designed to maximize the signature valley views and open space. Choose from a remarkable selection of generously-sized home sites, and estate lots showcasing golf course, meadow, pond and mountain views. The centerpiece of the Teton Reserve Master Plan is the Hale Irwin-designed 18-hole reversible routing golf course designed for maximum playability and enjoyment for golfers of all levels of experience. The course is designed as a ��reversible routing�� golf experience which provides golfers with the ability to play each hole from different tee box sites on different days of the week. Consider it like having two, 18-hole courses within a single design.

A six million dollar budget has been allotted to the club house facility which is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2008. This facility will include four dining areas, a workout facility, swimming pool, four tennis courts and complete health spa.
