Unit Types

The 80 condominiums of the Teton Mountain Lodge are made up of:

• 14 Studios
• 33 One Bedrooms
• 31 Two Bedrooms
• 3 Three Bedrooms

The complete building is 130,000 square feet. The condominium units total 73,000 square feet. Fourteen different floor plans range in size from 441 sq. ft. to 2,394 sq. ft. The remaining 47,000 square feet consist of the amenities to support the high service standards and ambiance of the Teton Mountain Lodge operation.

The individual units are to be sold on a whole ownership basis to individual buyers. All units come completely furnished. Each suite's furniture, fixture and decor will be on a replacement schedule managed by the operating company to ensure consistent quality for owners and guests alike. Individual owners will not have control over the furnishings in the units like in other whole ownership condominium situations. Through homeowner's fee structures, owners will be given incentives to make their units available for short-term rental and management by the operating company. There will, however, be no requirement to rent the unit through the Teton Village Realty. An Owner may choose any other resort management company they like or not make the unit available for rentals at all.
