The Teton Mountain Lodge is an 80 unit, all suites resort. The Teton Mountain Lodge is located in the heart of Teton Village, just South of the aerial tram and adjacent to the Gros Ventre ski run and central pond area.

The building's 80 units consist of:

• 32 one-bedroom
• 32 two-bedroom
• 3 three-bedroom

The complete building is 130,000 square feet. The condominium units total 73,000 square feet; the remaining 57,000 square feet consist of the amenities to support the high service standards and ambiance of the Teton Mountain Lodge operation.

The Teton Mountain Lodge includes an expansive guest lobby, indoor pool/spa/exercise area, outdoor heated pool and hot tub, 87-seat restaurant with room service, 2,200 square feet of conference space, overnight ski storage, long term owner storage lockers, a sundries shop, real estate office, two guest and one service elevator, all the required hotel service space a facility like this requires, underground parking for 21 cars, and employee housing for seven people.

Each individual unit in the Teton Mountain Lodge features a full kitchen with granite countertops, tumbled marble backsplash, distressed alder cabinets and upgraded appliances. All living areas boast fireplaces with the convenience of gas operation with a stone surround and solid fir mantle piece. Entries, kitchens, and dining areas have hardwood floors, while all living areas and bedrooms have custom carpet. Luxurious bathrooms feature granite counters, tumbled marble walls and floors and double headed showers or over-sized whirlpool bathtubs.

The property includes a 24-hour front desk and concierge operation. For visiting guests, this facility feels and operates as a first-class resort hotel property. However, the units are individually and wholly owned.

The Front desk is staffed around the clock giving guests an immediate point of contact for any service request.
